Role & responsibilities -

Performance Marketing-

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook &

Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube to generate quality leads for real estate

projects.

  • Focus on lead quality over volumetrack cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition

(CPA), and conversion rates.

  • Run geo-targeted and audience-segmented campaigns for specific projects and

customer profiles.

  • Create and manage remarketing/retargeting campaigns to nurture prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to track lead-to-site visit and lead-to-booking

conversions.

  • Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly performance dashboards with actionable

insights.

  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to optimize ROI.

Social Media Marketing-

  • Support in managing official social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,

YouTube, Twitter/X).

  • Plan and execute engaging content calendars including posts, reels, stories,

testimonials, and property highlights.

  • Boost key posts to increase reach and engagement around project launches, offers,

and events.

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to build strong community

engagement.

  • Track and report social media metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth

Strategy & Collaboration-

  • Work with the design & content team to develop eye-catching creatives, brochures,

videos, and digital ads.

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and real estate advertising trends.
  • Align with the marketing team to ensure campaigns support site visits, lead nurturing,

and sales closures.

  • Suggest innovative digital campaigns around festivals, launches, and brand-building

activities.
