Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with 3 years of hands-on experience in financial reporting, general ledger management, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled in using accounting software and tools to manage day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledger accounts.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow and budgets.
  • Assist in preparing tax returns and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement.
  • Maintain and improve internal control systems and accounting procedures.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting.
  • Use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, Oracle, or other ERP systems) for day-to-day transactions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
  • Knowledge of local tax laws and compliance requirements.

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
