**Job Description: Assistant Accounting Trainer at Skillspark The Finishing School Pvt Ltd**

We are currently seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team as Assistant Accounting Trainers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to students on various accounting topics.
- Demonstrate proficient knowledge of Tally, GST, and accounting principles.
- Foster a positive and interactive learning environment, encouraging student participation and engagement.
- Create and deliver presentations that effectively convey complex accounting concepts in a simplified manner.
- Provide guidance and support to students, addressing their questions and concerns related to the training material.
- Assess student progress and performance, offering constructive feedback and assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with senior trainers to continuously improve training materials and methodologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com).
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic to intermediate expertise in Tally, GST, and fundamental accounting principles.
- Prior teaching or training experience is a plus but not mandatory. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent presentation and teaching skills.
- Clear and effective communication abilities.
- Solid computer knowledge and comfort using relevant software.
- Passion for education and a desire to contribute to students' learning and growth.

**Training and Development**:
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
