We are hiring for both Part time and Full Time for Non Voice
We are hiring for Customer Service Executive for Non Voice process for Noida location
Salary for Part Time: 13.5 k ctc :- 10.8 k in hand ( 5 hrs of shift and cab facility available in odd hours)
Salary for Full Time : 23 k ctc
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer queries through email, live chat, and other non-voice platforms.
- Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Understand and follow the companys customer service policies and procedures.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of product or service knowledge to address customer questions effectively.
- Identify patterns in customer issues and report recurring problems to the management.
- Strive to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs/SLAs, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Any graduates or undergraduates / freshers and experienced can apply .
- Candidates must have fluency in English.
