Key Responsibilities:

Manage the fixed asset module in the ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).

Ensure accurate and timely recording of fixed asset transactions in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.

Oversee asset capitalization, depreciation schedules, revaluations, impairments, transfers, and disposals.

Work with Finance and IT teams to ensure ERP system settings and configurations align with business and regulatory requirements.

Lead ERP projects related to fixed assets, including upgrades, implementations, and process enhancements.

Reconcile the fixed asset register to the general ledger monthly.

Develop and enforce fixed asset policies and procedures.

Support audits (internal and external) by providing necessary documentation and reports.

Train end-users on ERP processes related to fixed assets.

Analyze asset utilization and provide insights for capital budgeting and planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in fixed asset accounting and ERP systems.

Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP (FI-AA), Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Strong understanding of fixed asset accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP).

Experience with large-scale ERP implementations or upgrades is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
