Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert support to customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a smooth user experience with our products or services. This is a customer-facing position that requires strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and a solid technical foundation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, or service usage.
- Escalate complex problems to Tier 2/3 support or engineering teams as needed.
- Provide step-by-step guidance to customers on how to use products and services effectively.
- Document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
- Identify recurring issues and communicate feedback to product or engineering teams for improvement.
- Assist with software installations, updates, and configuration as needed.
- Educate customers on best practices and product features to improve user satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with [insert relevant tools/platforms like Windows, macOS, SaaS platforms, networking, etc.].
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with challenging situations.
- Experience with CRM and ticketing systems .
- A customer-first mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹23, ₹27,000.00 per month
