Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert support to customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a smooth user experience with our products or services. This is a customer-facing position that requires strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and a solid technical foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, or service usage.
  • Escalate complex problems to Tier 2/3 support or engineering teams as needed.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance to customers on how to use products and services effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
  • Identify recurring issues and communicate feedback to product or engineering teams for improvement.
  • Assist with software installations, updates, and configuration as needed.
  • Educate customers on best practices and product features to improve user satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with [insert relevant tools/platforms like Windows, macOS, SaaS platforms, networking, etc.].
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing systems .
  • A customer-first mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23, ₹27,000.00 per month
