Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Director
based in Kozhikode. The Creative Director will be responsible for
leading the agency's creative vision, driving innovative campaigns, and ensuring brand excellence across all projects
. This role requires a strong balance of
strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and leadership
, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling visual and narrative experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership:
    Set the creative direction for branding, advertising, and digital campaigns.
  • Strategic Thinking:
    Develop data-driven creative solutions that align with client goals and market trends.
  • Team Management:
    Lead and mentor designers, copywriters, and creative teams to produce high-quality work.
  • Client Collaboration:
    Work closely with clients, presenting ideas and ensuring creative solutions meet their business needs.
  • Execution & Oversight:
    Ensure consistency and innovation across all creative deliverables, including branding, print, digital, video, and experiential marketing.
  • Trend Analysis:
    Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience
    in a creative leadership role within advertising, branding, or marketing agencies.
  • Strong expertise in
    branding, integrated campaigns, digital marketing, and multimedia content
    .
  • Exceptional
    conceptual thinking, storytelling, and design skills
    .
  • Ability to
    translate business objectives into engaging visual and narrative experiences
    .
  • Experience in
    leading and managing cross-functional creative teams
    .
  • Strong
    presentation and client-facing skills
    , with the ability to pitch creative ideas effectively.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard
    design, video, and digital tools
    .
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
