Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic fresher to join our team as an Educational Counsellor. The role involves guiding students through the process of choosing the right course, university, and country for their higher education, while providing accurate and updated information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with students and parents to understand their educational needs and career aspirations.
  • Provide information about various courses, universities, admission procedures, and requirements for studying abroad.
  • Assist in shortlisting institutions based on the student's profile and preferences.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of admission criteria, scholarship opportunities, and visa processes.
  • Coordinate with the applications team for document preparation and submission.
  • Follow up with students regularly to ensure a smooth application journey.
  • Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities organised by the company.
  • Maintain records of student interactions and counselling sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (recent graduates welcome).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good listening ability and problem-solving attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for helping students achieve their goals.
