Job description

Roles and Responsibilities
Description of services

• Manage locally the flagship program, working closely with the team (at all levels), and being the main point of contact with the group COE

• Manage direct reports (automation, instrumentation, process engineer and advanced process control engineer & control tower project manager).

• Oversee the project progress with the project leaders.

• Project management for Industry 4.0 initiatives

• Communicate on the progress at site, Hub, BA and group level to keep the business informed on the project progress, roadblocks, achievements.

• Participate in and support preparation of the SteerCos & OpCos

• Contribute to the creation of methodology to prepare the assessment and deployment.

• Give training and coaching to various level of the organization about the new methodologies and tools of Operational Excellence 4.0

• Be a change leader to increase awareness of benefits solutions will bring, while assuring a clear communication to avoid rejection due to a misunderstanding.

• Participate in a external benchmarking group to get familiar with the practices, methodologies, failures and success of other organizations on the digital transformation journey

Job description: Industry 4.0 & IOT

Experience level: 4 – 10 years

Mandatory Skills: Industry 4.0 solution design and delivery, SCADA, ERP, API, IOT Frameworks, Sigfox, cloud, Restful


• Cross-Platform Architect in the Internet of Things space who has designed complex IoT solutions on non-IBM platforms like AWS, Azure IoT Hub, PTC Thing works, either all or some of them.


• Experience in driving Industry 4.0 solution design and delivery.


• Experience in building in Industry Solution that is centered around Connected Products


• Experience in MES, SCADA, ERP APIs


• Experience in Connectivity integration: CAN, NFC, BLE, UWB, Zigbee, 5G, LoRaWAN, Sigfox


• Experience in Cloud & IOT frameworks AZURE, Google, AWS, PTC Thingworx, Software AG and Edge Computing


• Experience in Data exchange frameworks MQTT, API Restful


• Experience in Multi-tier architectures, SOA, Web Oriented Architecture

• Experience in Mobile apps frameworks
