Job Description | Business Development Associate

  • Location: On-site | Mani Casadona, Rajarhat, Kolkata, West Bengal

  • Timings: 11:00 AM - 8:15 PM | Monday to Saturday

  • Employment Type: Full-time

  • Duration: 4 months | Internship

  • Stipend : ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month

  • Post-Internship: Eligible interns receive a Pre-Placement Offer (CTC ₹3–4 LPA)

AI Academia is seeking an enthusiastic and communication-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in student counselling, outreach and client engagement within the edtech space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with prospective students via calls and other communication channels to generate awareness about our programs.

  • Counsel and guide students on suitable courses, addressing queries and helping them make informed decisions.

  • Support marketing and outreach initiatives to enhance engagement and drive enrolments.

  • Maintain accurate lead records and follow-ups in CRM.

  • Contribute to achieving monthly targets and team goals.

Eligibility & Skills:

  • Final-year students or recent graduates (any discipline).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Confident in counselling and handling objections professionally.

  • Target-driven, organized and proactive in follow-ups.

  • Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
