About the Role

We are looking for an AR Caller to join our healthcare RCM team. The role involves calling insurance companies to follow up on claims, understanding denials, resolving issues, and ensuring timely payment collection for healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to insurance companies (Payers) to follow up on pending claims.
  • Review claims denied / underpaid and take necessary action (re-submission / appeal).
  • Update the system with accurate notes based on call outcomes.
  • Work on aged AR reports to reduce outstanding balances.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (coding, billing) to resolve escalations.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity & quality targets.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient data confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (any discipline).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English (US accent preferred).
  • Knowledge of US healthcare RCM process (Insurance, AR, Denials, Billing).
  • Good typing speed and basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Flexible to work in night shifts (US process).
  • Fresher or experienced candidates with healthcare AR experience are welcome.
