Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Continental or Italian cuisine within QSR or high-volume kitchen setups
  • Deep understanding of pizza dough fermentation, sauce making, cheese blends, and oven operations
  • Proven track record in developing fusion-style or delivery-friendly pizza and pasta menus
  • Skilled in yield optimization and recipe standardization for scalable operations
  • Hands-on experience in commissary or cloud kitchen environments
  • Strong hygiene, quality control, and communication discipline
  • Passionate about balancing authentic flavours with modern innovation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
