Open R&D (CDP Level) Positions

We are hiring skilled CDPs for R&D across the following cuisine categories:

  • R&D Chef – Indian Cuisine
  • R&D Chef – Beverage (NPD/Barista)
  • R&D Chef – Continental (Pizza/Italian)
  • R&D Chef – Oriental
  • R&D Chef – Bakery & Pastry
  • R&D Chef – Nutrition-Focused Foods

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 4+ years experience in relevant cuisine
  • Strong technical and flavour understanding
  • Experience with recipe development, tasting trials, yield optimisation
  • Ability to convert recipes into standardised SOPs
  • Exposure to QSR/cloud kitchens/high-volume kitchens preferred
  • High discipline, hygiene mindset, and strong communication

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
