Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role located in the Greater Hyderabad Area for a Salesforce Freelance Consultant. The Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. Daily tasks include customizing Salesforce applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing ongoing system maintenance and support. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. The Consultant will also be responsible for user training and documentation to ensure a smooth adoption of Salesforce applications.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Salesforce development and customization
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, and validation rules
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce integration and API usage
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and on-site
  • Experience in consulting or working with multiple clients is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
