Role Description

This is a part-time remote role, for a Chief Business Advisor. The Chief Business Advisor will oversee strategy development, provide high-level consulting to improve business operations, analyse financial performance, and recommend actionable solutions to drive growth. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and partnering with leadership to identify opportunities and implement robust strategies for sustainability and expansion. As we move from prototype to full-scale development, I'm looking for an
experienced Chief Business Advisor
who can help guide AGI-S through the next stage of growth — including
funding strategy, market positioning, legal structuring, and strategic scaling
.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical, Finance, and problem-solving skills to assess and enhance business outcomes
  • Proficiency in Consulting and Management Consulting for high-level, strategic decision-making
  • Effective Communication skills to convey insights, solutions, and work collaboratively with teams
  • Experience in leadership positions and the ability to work with executive-level stakeholders
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in similar advisory roles within the technology or AI sector is advantageous
  • Adaptability in dynamic environments and the ability to implement innovative solutions
  • Experience in startup fundraising, VC or PE networks, or strategic business growth.
  • Someone passionate about AI, frontier technology, and bold innovation.
  • Strong understanding of tech commercialization, legal frameworks, and scaling operations
  • A person who believes in mentoring and sharing real-world expertise.
