Role Overview

We are looking for a creative Reel Creator / Editor who can ideate, shoot, and edit short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media channels. The role involves using your own presence on camera or working with others, while also leveraging AI tools to enhance speed and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and create engaging reel concepts aligned with current trends.
  • Shoot and feature in content, or coordinate with others to appear in videos.
  • Edit videos end-to-end: trimming, transitions, captions, sound syncing, visual effects, etc.
  • Use AI tools for editing, enhancements, face swaps, captions, or creative add-ons.
  • Ensure high-quality output optimized for mobile-first viewing.
  • Stay updated with trending formats, audios, and editing styles.
  • Manage content calendar and deliver consistent output.

Requirements

  • Experience in short-form video content creation.
  • Strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar).
  • Comfort in front of the camera OR ability to direct others confidently.
  • Familiarity with AI content tools (e.g., Runway, , Kaiber, Pika Labs, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with storytelling ability and trend awareness.
  • Ability to work independently with deadlines.

Good to Have

  • Graphic design, animation, or motion graphics knowledge.
  • Prior experience with social media content strategy.
  • Understanding of Instagram/YouTube algorithm basics.
