Role Overview:

As the first point of contact for students and parents, you'll deliver exceptional service, build relationships, and drive walk-ins for our centers and courses.

What You'll Do:

  • Promote CEF centers, courses, and services to generate walk-ins
  • Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Use CRM and other tools to track leads and follow-ups
  • Support marketing campaigns and research visitor visa processes
