Job Overview

We are seeking an Executive-level Vice Principal for a full-time position at an educational institution in Tirupur , Tamil Nadu. The candidate will play a critical role in assisting the Principal in the administration and management of the school. This position involves driving academic success through leadership, collaboration, and strategic planning. The Vice Principal will ensure that both staff and students thrive in a structured and nurturing environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Post-Graduation in any discipline with a B.Ed. degree (mandatory).
• A minimum of 10 years of teaching and administrative experience in reputed international schools.
• Preference for candidates with international teaching or administrative experience.
• Energetic, dynamic, and capable of leading in a fast-paced, international school environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the Principal in the daily management and operation of the school, supporting educational policies and initiatives.
• Oversee and evaluate the teaching staff to maintain a high standard of instructional quality and adherence to curriculum objectives.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective teaching methods and strategies that improve student learning.
• Monitor student progress and address any academic or disciplinary issues in a timely and constructive manner.
• Lead professional development sessions for staff, focusing on instructional improvement and educational best practices.
• Facilitate communication between the school administration, students, parents, and community to build a supportive educational environment.
• Coordinate school events and activities that enhance student learning and community engagement.
• Ensure the school remains up-to-date with industry standards and adopts innovative approaches to education.
