The Field Marketing and Sales Executive is a key front-line role responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and closing sales opportunities. This role involves extensive travel across India (PAN India) and is best suited for professionals with 0-5+ years of relevant experience, particularly those passionate about fieldwork and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through field visits, networking events, industry forums, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients across target industries.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Activities
- Execute field marketing initiatives in line with GTM plans.
- Organize and participate in on-ground promotional campaigns, product demos, roadshows, and industry events to drive visibility and market penetration.
Sales Closure
- Engage with prospects to understand requirements, present tailored solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Collaborate with Sales Leads/Managers for technical or strategic support during the sales cycle.
Client Visits & Relationship Management
- Conduct regular client visits to present offerings, resolve queries, and strengthen long-term business relationships.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales engagement.
Market Intelligence
- Collect insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Share inputs with internal teams to improve products and services.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of field activities, sales pipeline, customer interactions, and progress updates.
- Use CRM tools and internal systems to ensure transparency and reporting accuracy.
Travel Requirements
- Extensive travel across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities in India.
- Flexibility to travel at short notice, including extended stays at client locations when required.
Collaboration
- Align with Sales Leads/Managers on strategies and deal closures.
- Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
Industry Focus
- Healthcare: Hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare service providers.
- IT Services: IT companies, software providers, and technology consultancies.
- HR: HR consultancies, staffing agencies, and corporates.
- Retail: Retail chains, distributors, and franchisees.
- Technology: Enterprises and start-ups focused on digital transformation and innovation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Any Bachelors degree or Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Masters preferred).
- Strong track record in lead generation, marketing execution, and sales closures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English and at least one regional Indian language.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as in teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
