Position: Design Engineer
Location: Kalol - Gandhinagar
Experience: 4 - 5 Years
Industries: Pharma

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and other static equipment in accordance with ASME Section VIII.
  • Prepare mechanical design calculations, drawings, and specifications.
  • Work closely with process engineers, fabricators, and QA/QC teams to ensure design compliance and manufacturability.
  • Interpret and apply international design codes and standards (ASME, TEMA, API).
  • Review client specifications and ensure deliverables meet technical and quality standards.
  • Support procurement with technical details for material selection and vendor evaluation.
  • Participate in design reviews, HAZOPs, and risk assessments.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and provide technical support during manufacturing and inspection stages.
Required Skills:
  • Hands-on experience in the design of heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and tanks.
  • Proficiency in design software such as PV Elite, Compress, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD.
  • Understanding of fabrication processes and welding practices.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Required Qualification: B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical
Salary: Upto 6.50 LPA
