Job Description:

Responsibilities & Duties

Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for key personnel, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the selection process.

Employee Onboarding: Oversee onboarding formalities, ensuring smooth orientation and integration of new hires into the organization.

Employee Documentation & Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate existing HR processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and enhancement.

Data Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure the accuracy of employee data and adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.

Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and analyse reports related to attendance, leave, working hours, and other HR metrics, leveraging advanced Excel skills.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Educational qualification: MBA (HR) or BBA (HR).
  • Demonstrated interest and orientation towards building a career in Human Resources.
  • 12 years of prior experience in HR operations, recruitment, or related HR functions.
