Job Summary

The UX Designer, Digital and Transformation, Software Engineering requires knowledge and experience to work to drive business requirements translating them into sketches, sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, mockups and visual design. This role with assistance will be responsible for overall product design to create an intuitive end-user experience. Additionally, this position possesses understanding of the overall vision, business needs and the solution architecture for our products

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Help defines the user interaction model, user persona for native mobility applications
• Participates in product designing workshops and sketches out prototype concepts for visualization
• Using knowledge of best practice, translates concepts into wireframes, sitemap, mockups, and prototypes for intuitive user experiences targeted for cross platform native applications.
• Envisions product mockup, sketching, prototyping, visual designing for cross-platform native applications.
• With guidance, design and delivers wireframes, user journeys, and visual design, artifacts and assets optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Collaborate with the appropriate stakeholders for product and business understanding
• Create and provides design assets including icon, images for wide ranges of devices
• Collaborates with other designers and developers to create intuitive end-user experiences, solving complex challenges as they arise
• Builds repeatable and iterative approach for user-centric design.
• Collaborates with leads and architects on various prototypes, sketches
• Other duties as assigned

Education

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, User Experience, Design, Business Administration, Engineering Management or equivalent required

Work Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience and understanding of standard UX software / tools such as Sketch, UxPin, Balsamiq, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Experience Design, Adobe After Effects
• Hands on experience in native application (iOS, Android, Mac, Windows) design guidelines.
• Experience using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a broad understanding of native cross-platform mobile application design.
• Experience in rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility for platform specific application.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Familiarity with Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, Adobe XD, and Canva Magic Studio for enhanced UX and graphic design.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign) for motion graphics and video content creation.
• Understanding of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research for cross platform mobile and device (iOS, Android, Mac, Windows) applications.
• Good to have understand the importance of user-centered design (UCD) and design thinking.
• Understanding of digital transformation concepts and user-centric design principles.
• Produce creative design for intuitive user experiences.
• Familiar with 3D Modeling is a plus
• Comfortable in understanding and translating complex technical content into simple, engaging stories for varied audiences.
• Experience using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a broad understanding of native cross-platform mobile application design.
• Able to communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with attention to detail in brand and tone.
• Comfortable creating and guiding internal communications across digital channels (social channels, newsletters, banners, emailers, video assets).
• Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including business, technical, and executive audiences.
• Comfortable leading cross-functional presentations and internal communications
• Able to be aware of all relevant standard operating procedures as per Company policy.
• Able to comply with the company's safety and quality policies at all times.

Physical and Travel Requirements

• 15% travel, including global travel.
• Occasional on-call work required.
• Prefer 12pm – 9pm India time.
• Willingness to work outside of these hours as needed.
• Ability to work in a global and virtual environment and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
