As a Assoc. Dir. DDIT Sol Del. P&O you will step into a role where your expertise in Workday and solution design will shape the future of HR technology at Novartis. You'll lead transformative initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and elevate employee experience across global platforms. Collaborating with strategic partners and cross-functional teams, you'll drive innovation, stability, and measurable business impact—making a real difference in how Novartis empowers its people.

• • Lead solution design for Workday Core HCM and Advanced Compensation modules across global platforms
• Collaborate with SI partners to deliver scalable, high-impact HR technology solutions
• Drive adoption of Agile, Productization, and DevSecOps practices within delivery teams
• Ensure operational stability and manage risks across HR technology platforms
• Oversee release management, regression testing, and incident communication processes
• Manage Workday tenant lifecycle including data uploads and outage handling
• Facilitate workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders across all organizational levels
• Mentor team members and lead workstreams to ensure delivery excellence
• Monitor KPIs and ensure measurable business impact from technology implementations
• Champion customer experience improvements through feedback-driven enhancements

• • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience with strong understanding of HR functions and processes
• Proven expertise in Workday Core HCM and Advanced Compensation modules
• Experience in at least two end-to-end Workday projects or 3–5 years of support experience
• Skilled in managing Workday lifecycle activities including release, testing, and incident response
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership in team mentoring and workstream management
• Experience as a Workday client during implementation phases
