Role Description.

  • University graduate with a degree in IT or related discipline with minimum10+ years' hands-on experience in IBM iSeries system development, preferably in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Expertise in IBM iSeries RPGLE, CLLE programming, and ILE (Integrated Language Environment), and solid experience in application design, development, and testing.
  • Proficiency in DB2 for iSeries (SQL optimization, stored procedures, data modeling), and strong understanding of iSeries operating systems (OS/400) and system tools.
  • Solid experience with iSeries system integration technologies (e.g. API, MQ, XML, FTP)Has good understanding in Agile software development methodology and DevSecOps technologies such as CI/CD and set of tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, G3 etc.
  • Candidate should be hands-on on technology and should be self-driven basis the direction from global teams.
  • Effective English writing and communication skills.Custody domain knowledge is desired but not a must.
  • Familiarity with Java/Python for hybrid application development will be advantage.
