Job Summary:

Spacewalk Education is seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Relationship Officer to join our team. This role involves traveling to meet with clients, preparing pre-sales proposals, delivering compelling presentations, and maintaining strong relationships with high-end clients. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, with excellent communication and presentation skills, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare Proposals: Develop and prepare pre-sales proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
  • Client Meetings: Engage with higher authorities and management of various educational institutions to discuss and promote our services.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of after-sales activities, ensuring all client interactions are documented and followed up on.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with high-end clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

Candidate Specification:

  • Enthusiastic & Passionate: Demonstrates a high level of enthusiasm and commitment to the role and company.
  • Willing to Relocate: Must be ready to relocate to Surat, Gujarat.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations.

Job Details:

  • Field and Office Work: This is a field job where the candidate will spend approximately half of their time meeting with school principals and management. The other half will be spent reporting to the office.
  • Office Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Travel: A valid driving license and a 2-wheeler are required. Travel costs will be reimbursed.
  • Perks: Paid Casual Leaves and Sick Leaves, 2 paid vacations annually of 14 to 17 days each.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 0 to 3 years.
  • Education: Graduation in any stream with excellent English communication skills.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office.

Note: Salary will be decided post interview.
