Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving company growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute effective business development strategies.
- Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with clients.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to represent the company and generate new leads.
- Track and report on key metrics such as lead generation, sales performance, and market trends.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT services sector.
- Proven ability to generate new leads and close business deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet company goals.
- CRM experience preferred to manage leads, sales processes, and client interactions.
