About the Role

As an AI Technical Lead at NCG, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our IT landscape by developing and integrating cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. Your leadership and technical expertise will enhance the productivity of our IT teams, drive innovation, and ensure that our technological capabilities align with business objectives. You will lead a talented squad dedicated to leveraging AI to transform operations over the next three years in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Generative AI solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise and Solution Architects to create robust design specifications, including data models, RESTful APIs, and UI behaviors.
  • Act as both Technical Lead and Solution Architect, guiding your team in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of growth and technical excellence.
  • Partner with Business Analysts and Product Owners to ensure deliverables meet stakeholder expectations and drive measurable business value.
  • Identify and implement best practices for AI integration, exploring emerging technologies to improve performance and user experience.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Education: Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

  • Experience:

  • 7+ years overall in software development.

  • At least 3 years as a developer and 2 years in a technical lead or solution architect capacity.

  • Proven experience building and deploying AI-powered applications.

  • Strong skills in designing data models, RESTful APIs, and UI behaviors.

  • Hands-on experience with full-stack technologies such as Spring Boot or Python, and front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices including Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Preferred (Optional): Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and autonomous agents.
