Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across all WellnessZ brands — WellnessZ, WellnessZ Experts, and Zeefit.
The ideal candidate should have a balance of strategic thinking, creative execution, and analytical insight, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including content, tech, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across performance and organic channels.
• Plan and manage brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention campaigns.
• Oversee the content calendar and work closely with the content creation and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Conduct detailed market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and enhance campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with the tech and sales teams for product updates, feature launches, and customer persona alignment.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights through data-driven reporting.
• Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and brand presence across all marketing channels.

Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of full-time marketing experience, preferably in a startup or growth-stage environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance advertising, and content strategy.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, CRM, and automation tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate strategy into actionable campaigns.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple departments to achieve organizational goals.
