Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an
Operations Associate
. The Operations Associate will support daily business operations, streamline processes, and ensure efficient workflow across departments  without compromising on accuracy. The role includes coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining documentation, assisting with project management, and handling administrative responsibilities to ensure effective operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Operational and organizational skills, including process management, task prioritization, and workflow coordination
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication for collaboration, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Draft, manage, and respond to professional correspondence via email.
  • Possess a solid understanding of technical systems and devices.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond promptly to client inquiries and requests.
  • Perform additional responsibilities and tasks as delegated.
  • Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and key stakeholders throughout the event planning process.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating processes and identifying areas for improvement
  • Provide cross-functional operational support to various departments and projects as required

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Application (BCA)/ B. Com or its equivalent


• Min. 2 years of proven experience in a similar role


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.


• Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners
