About The Role ::

- Oversee the implementation and daily use of ZOHO CRM to ensure maximum utilization by the sales team.
- Provide training and ongoing support to the sales team to enhance their CRM skills and usage.
- Analyse CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the designer and external vendors to update and improve the website's design and functionality.
- Ensure website content is optimized for SEO and user engagement, regularly updating it with fresh and relevant information.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to refine and improve future efforts.
- Work with the designer to develop visually appealing marketing materials that align with the brand's identity.
- Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table to enhance marketing strategies and campaigns.
