Overview

We're looking for a
Product Designer

with strong experience in creating intuitive, elegant digital experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to design user-centric solutions for MSB Docs' digital documentation and workflow automation products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own design problems end-to-end — from concept through implementation.
  • Create
    wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

to solve complex UX challenges.
- Build and maintain
scalable design systems

for consistent, high-quality experiences.
- Partner with the Product team to craft systematic solutions

that connect the dots between user needs, data, business goals, and business strategy.
- Partner with Engineers to build impactful products

and features within the constraints of our technology and timeline
- Conduct and incorporate
user feedback and usability insights

into the design process.
- Present design work across different levels of fidelity and incorporate team feedback.
- Measure and iterate on designs based on
qualitative and quantitative data

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years

of product design experience (web & mobile).
- Degree in
Computer Science, HCI, Graphic Design or related field

.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating solid
UI and UX skills

.
- Proficiency in Figma

for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Strong understanding of
user-centered design principles

.
- Experience working in cross-functional, agile product teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with
    B2B SaaS

products.
- Exposure to
UX research

methods and usability testing.
- Good understanding of
HTML, CSS

.
- Familiarity with
designing for Angular / React
