We are seeking an innovative and strategic Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of next-generation AI-driven FinTech products. This role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and business growth — ideal for a product leader who thrives on solving complex financial problems using artificial intelligence, automation, and user-centric design.

As a Product Manager, you'll collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to define and deliver scalable AI-powered financial solutions. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping product direction, ensuring alignment with market needs, and driving measurable product growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Vision:
    Define and execute the long-term product roadmap for AI-based FinTech offerings. Align the product vision with business goals and emerging market opportunities.
  • Customer & Market Insight:
    Conduct in-depth research on user behavior, industry trends, and competitive products. Translate insights into data-backed product strategies that enhance customer experience and retention.
  • AI-Driven Innovation:
    Partner with data scientists and AI engineers to conceptualize, design, and deploy intelligent features — such as predictive analytics, automation, risk assessment models, and personalization engines.
  • End-to-End Product Ownership:
    Take full ownership of the product lifecycle — from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution, clear communication, and timely delivery of product milestones.
  • Performance Tracking & Growth:
    Define and monitor key product metrics (KPIs, OKRs). Use data-driven insights to refine product strategies and accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, partners, and clients, to align on priorities and communicate product vision effectively.
  • Compliance & Risk:
    Ensure that product development adheres to financial regulations, data privacy standards, and security best practices in the FinTech domain.
Requirements
  • 3–10 years of product management experience, preferably in FinTech, AI, or data-driven SaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, digital payments, lending platforms, wealth management, or AI-led financial automation.
  • Proven track record as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a product growth capacity, delivering high-impact solutions.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, data, and design teams to deliver innovative, user-centric products.
  • MBA, Engineering, or relevant technical degree preferred.
