Job Title: Travel Consultant – Mumbai (Ghatkopar)

Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1.5 Years in the Travel Industry

Job Summary:

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Travel Consultant to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in travel bookings, itinerary planning, and client handling, along with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle domestic and international travel bookings (flights, hotels, packages, etc.)
  • Prepare customized itineraries as per client needs
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and customers for smooth operations
  • Maintain updated knowledge of travel trends and destinations
  • Resolve travel-related queries and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1.5 years of relevant experience in the travel industry
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.)
  • Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail
