- Key Responsibilities:Supervision & Operations
- Manage daily housekeeping operations, including cleaning, sanitation, and upkeep of all areas (offices, restrooms, corridors, public areas, etc.).
- Supervise housekeeping staff, allocate duties, and ensure adherence to cleaning schedules and standards.
- Inspect premises regularly to ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness.
- Inventory & Procurement
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and coordinate with the procurement department for timely replenishment.
- Quality & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards (ISO, OSHA, or company-specific).
- Conduct regular training sessions on safety procedures, cleaning techniques, and use of chemicals/equipment.
- Facility Management
- Coordinate with maintenance, pest control, and security teams to address facility-related issues.
- Support in planning and executing preventive maintenance and deep cleaning schedules.
