Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of solar energy projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Liaise with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in vendor management, material procurement, and logistics.
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation for internal and external use.
  • Support site visits, inspections, and audits as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree /Diploma in Engineering, or related field.
  • 2 yrs+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and scheduling software.
  • Knowledge of solar PV systems and construction processes is a plus.
