Eligibility Criteria

  • Certification: CPC / CCS / COC / CIC / CRC (Mandatory)

  • Experience:

  • 3+ years in Quality Auditing (QA)

  • 5+ years in Training (must reflect in experience letter)

  • Specialties: Surgery (Ortho / Cardio / General), IP DRG (Trauma), Multi-Speciality Coding

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and audit coded records for accuracy, compliance & completeness
  • Conduct training sessions for new and experienced coders
  • Develop & update training modules and QA materials
  • Provide feedback, mentoring, and skill development support
  • Ensure adherence to ICD-10-CM, CPT, and DRG guidelines
  • Collaborate with QA & Operations to maintain audit accuracy & productivity
