Job Description for Medical Coder/ Senior Medical Coder

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Account for coding and abstracting of patient encounters

Research and analyze data needs for reimbursement

Make sure that ICD & CPT codes are sequenced according to government and insurance regulations

Ensure all medical records are filed and processed correctly

Analyze medical records and identify documentation deficiencies

Review and verify documentation for diagnoses, procedures and treatment results

Identify diagnostic and procedural information.

**Requirements and skills**:
Certified Medical Coder from AAPC or AHIMA.

1+ years of proven work experience as a Medical Coder

Proficient computer skills

Work with coding software

Outstanding organizational skills

Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information.

Location: Andheri (W)

Specialty Preference: Radiology Coder OR Surgery Coder

This opportunity is completely Work from Office.

**Salary**: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
