Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting entries, bank and cash reconciliation, checking travel claims, and managing TDS and GST entries. The successful candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, TDS reconciliation and return filing, GST reconciliation and return filing, statutory compliance, sales reconciliation, bank receipt and payment management, and preparation of monthly and quarterly accounting reports. Other responsibilities include accounts finalization, customer and vendor ledger reconciliation, and clearing.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess an M.com, B.com, CA inter, or CS Inter qualification. They should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong knowledge of taxation, accounting principles, and MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
Required Skills:
- Ability to learn new software and processes quickly
- Sound knowledge of taxation and accounting
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel and MS Word
This is a full-time, permanent position.
