  • Handling Payments:Processing payments, including cash, credit cards, and mobile payments, and providing accurate bills.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service:Addressing customer needs and concerns, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness:Clearing tables, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring the dining area is clean and organized.
  • Collaborating with Staff:Working with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation, and coordinating with other servers for smooth service.
  • Upselling:Suggesting appetizers, desserts, or drinks to increase sales.
  • Memorizing the Menu:Being knowledgeable about the menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
