The Impact:  
You will play a crucial role in developing products for the ETSS group. As Senior Lead Software Developer, you'll lead architecture and help define enterprise and application architectures centered on data modeling and Agentic AI applications, utilizing APIs, information models, and interoperability frameworks, while managing technology.

Responsibilities:  

·       AI Agent Development: Design, implement, and optimize autonomous AI agents capable of long-horizon reasoning, planning, and multi-step task execution.

·       Tool & API Integration: Build agents that integrate with APIs, databases, and external tools for real-world operations (e.g., scheduling, research, automation).

·       Framework Implementation: Leverage and extend agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex) for scalable AI solutions.

·       Reasoning & Memory Systems: Develop memory architectures (short-term, long-term, episodic) for context-aware decision-making.

·       Multi-Agent Collaboration: Create multi-agent systems where different specialized agents collaborate to solve complex problems.

·       Testing & Optimization: Implement evaluation pipelines to ensure the safety, reliability, and efficiency of autonomous AI workflows.

·       Scalability & Deployment: Deploy AI agents in production environments to ensure robustness, scalability, and security.

·       Research & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest advancements in LLMs, agentic AI, and autonomous systems to propose innovative solutions.

What We're Looking For:  

Basic Qualifications: 

·       Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 

· years of experience in application development (including application architecture, information modelling, data governance, software development, and system integration). 

·       Strong programming experience in Python is a plus).

·       Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral, etc.) and fine-tuning methods.

·       Experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, etc.).

·       Knowledge of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and tool-augmented AI.

·       Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

·       Background in knowledge graphs, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), and embeddings.

·       Proven hands-on experience with API design, microservices architectures, cloud computing, Kubernetes (k8s), containerization, ETL, and CI/CD pipelines. 

·       Exceptional documentation and diagramming skills (UML or equivalent). 

·       Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills, able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts across various teams and levels of the organization. 

·       Critical thinking, abstract problem-solving ability, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

·       Proven Previous experience building autonomous research or task-solving agents.

·       Experience with multi-agent coordination and agentic workflows in enterprise use cases.

·       Contributions to open-source agentic AI projects or frameworks.

·       Knowledge of AI safety, alignment, and ethical AI design principles.
