Job Loc :- Andheri west , Laxmi Industries

Salary :- 30,000 to 40,000 per month

Description :-

* Financial Reporting and Analysis:

Preparing and analysing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).

* Accounting Operations Management:

Overseeing daily accounting tasks, ensuring accurate recording of all transactions, and reconciling accounts.

* Cost Accounting and Analysis:

Analysing costs, identifying areas for potential cost reduction, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.

* Tax Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with all relevant Indian tax laws and regulations, including GST, income tax, and other applicable taxes.

* TAX Audits:

Managing and coordinating internal and external audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Developing and monitoring budgets, and creating financial forecasts to support business planning.

Financial Strategy and Planning:

Providing strategic financial advice to the salon management team, supporting decision-making related to investments, pricing, and expansion.

Team Leadership and Management:

Leading and mentoring the accounting team, ensuring their professional development and performance.

Internal Controls:

Establishing and maintaining robust internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.

Regulatory Compliance:

Staying updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
