International tax advisory with a specific focus on the handling of cross border tax/withholding tax, domestic tax, and Foreign Exchange Management Act ('FEMA') regulatory issue

Inbound and outbound structuring

Treaty interpretation

Structuring of Revenue/ capital flows – for e.g., dividend, royalty, fees for technical service

Formulating strategy for mitigating the risk of Permanent Establishment ('PE') exposure of foreign corporation

Tax due diligence, transaction structuring and documentation

Transfer pricing advisory, documentation and other compliance

Domestic tax advisor

Tax compliance & dispute assistance (litigation support

Client centricity: Gives priority to meeting clients' expectations, by balancing quality and timeline
