We are seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring high-quality output and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor production processes and equipment for quality and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production machinery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
  • Assist in training new staff on production processes and safety protocols.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proficient in operating machinery and understanding production processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in a production environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple tasks.
