To manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, compliance with statutory requirements, and support the finance team in delivering timely reports and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain books of accounts in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliation, and employee reimbursements.
  • Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and journal entries.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
  • Support payroll processing and statutory compliance (TDS, GST, PF, ESI, PT, etc.).
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statements and manage cash flow.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
  • Generate MIS reports for management as required.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Accounts / Finance (for mid-level roles).
  • Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP software, MS Excel, and other accounting tools.
  • Good understanding of Indian taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
