About Us

We're building
stayxp
, a young and dynamic hospitality start-up currently managing boutique properties in Pondicherry. With 2 properties onboard and plans to scale, we are looking for someone passionate about hospitality to set up our
end-to-end reservations process
and create the foundation for growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage reservations across OTAs, direct bookings, and offline channels.
  • Handle guest communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Maintain accurate data on PMS and OTA extranets.
  • Verify property listings and ensure rates, availability, and content are updated.
  • Create SOPs, email templates, and booking process documents.
  • Review guest communication for tone and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with property managers for smooth check-ins and special requests.
  • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly booking and revenue reports.

What We're Looking For

  • Education:
    Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.
  • Experience:
    3+ years in reservations/front office in hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of OTA extranets , Agoda, Airbnb, etc.).
  • Understanding of PMS (Property Management Systems) and rate management.
  • Excellent communication skills (English; other languages a plus).
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a start-up environment.
