1. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist management in development and implementation of QMS and Subsequent reviews.
  • In process testing of products as per standard testing procedure.
  • Prepare QPs, Formats & Issue of Quality related documents to all departments.
  • Sampling of finished products and its testing.
  • Training of new associate for GMP, GDP, Product, and Personal hygiene.
  • Calibration of all testing equipment.
  • Supervision of product assembling procedure.
  • Supporting Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.
  • Supporting Investigating CAPA, Deviation and Customer Compliant
  • Preparation, review, filling and maintaining all BMRs.
  • RM / PM / MB testing as per the standard requirements. (Incoming)
  • Support in developing inspection plans, First Article Inspection, In-Process and Final Product Inspection, Sampling Plans, inspection and acceptance criteria and Validation activities.

2. Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Proven problem solving, trouble shooting and Outcome focused Mindset.
  • Experience with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Working Knowledge of Quality Tools Six Sigma, FMEA, Lean, 8-D, CAPA methodologies.
  • Should have excellent People management & Communication skills.

3. Qualifications / Experience:

  • Any Graduate or high or equivalent Degree. MBA is added preference.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role.
