Maintenance Electrician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Electrician/Service Technician
to handle the
diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and servicing of power tools and industrial tool accessories
. The role also requires regular participation in
brand-conducted technical training sessions
to stay updated on the latest technologies, product updates, and repair standards.

Pay:

Rs 15,000/ Month.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of
  power tools
  ,
  industrial tools
  , and
  accessories
  (corded, cordless, pneumatic, large grinding wheels, etc.).
• Maintain service logs, repair reports, and inventory of spare parts.
• Identify defective components and replace or repair motors, switches, wiring, carbon brushes, bearings, and other internal parts.
• Coordinate with OEMs/brands for warranty claims, spare part orders, and technical documentation.
• Attend
  regular technical training sessions & workshops
  conducted by tool brands to stay updated on new models, repair practices, and diagnostic techniques.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workshop.
• Provide technical support to sales and operations teams when needed.
• Inspect incoming customer tools and provide service quotations based on required repair.

Qualifications and Skills:

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
• (Preferred)1–3+ years of experience repairing or servicing power tools or industrial equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, motors, switches, controllers, and mechanical components.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, service manuals, and technical sheets.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, soldering tools, and mechanical repair tools.
• Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining service records and logging repairs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Customer-friendly attitude.

Location and Environment:

• Office based role with occasional on-site service visits (if required).
• Requires handling of electrical tools, spare parts, and testing equipment wearing safety gear.
