Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Collection Executive, located in Bengaluru. The Loan Collection Executive will be responsible for managing credit control and debt collection processes, communicating with clients to negotiate payments, and resolving finance-related queries. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring accounts, analyzing outstanding debts, and working closely with finance teams to ensure timely collections.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Credit Control and Debt Collection
  • Strong Communication and Analytical Skills
  • Understanding of Finance principles and practices
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Previous experience in the finance or BPO industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
