Experience: 1–4 years in EdTech / Software Sales / B2B Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads (schools, colleges, coaching institutes).
- Build strong relationships with school management and decision-makers.
- Conduct product demos and presentations of CampusConnect ERP.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute local marketing campaigns, seminars, and digital outreach.
- Maintain CRM records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Gather market insights and competitor intelligence to refine sales strategy.
- Coordinate with the product and support teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or ERP solutions).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing & lead generation channels.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
