Experience: 1–4 years in EdTech / Software Sales / B2B Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads (schools, colleges, coaching institutes).
  • Build strong relationships with school management and decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations of CampusConnect ERP.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and execute local marketing campaigns, seminars, and digital outreach.
  • Maintain CRM records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Gather market insights and competitor intelligence to refine sales strategy.
  • Coordinate with the product and support teams for smooth onboarding of clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or ERP solutions).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing & lead generation channels.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
