Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Executive to join our Quality Management Team at SNL, specializing in Spunweb (Spunbond) nonwoven fabric manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in ISO 9001:2015 standards, with direct experience handling quality documentation, audits, and compliance within a textile or nonwoven production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, implement, and maintain ISO 9001:2015 documentation, SOPs, quality manuals, and production records specific to nonwoven fabric manufacturing.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, including third-party certification audits.
- Conduct in-process quality checks and finished goods inspections to ensure compliance with product specifications (GSM, tensile strength, breathability, etc.).
- Identify non-conformities, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely closure with corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and analyze quality KPIs like customer complaints, rejection rates, and process deviations.
- Maintain calibration records for lab/testing equipment.
- Assist in continuous process improvement and customer quality assurance requirements.
- Ensure all documentation and traceability is in place for regulatory and customer audits.
Required Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of quality management experience in spunbond/spunweb or technical textile manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 QMS implementation and maintenance.
- Experience with nonwoven production processes, machinery, and product testing standards.
- Good analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
